Also, Rc7+ doesn't work because the knight isn't forced to take it. Bc7 is a waiting move that forces one of the knights to move, so that the queen to deliver checkmate regardless of which knight moves. I'm doing well. Thanks for asking.

after Qc7+ the king can just take the bishop and you lose your queen.
