Global Rank in Puzzles not correct in App

In on 2472 Puzzle Rating.
In the App my Global Puzzle rank shows around #21500.
But when I checked the puzzle Global leaderboard on the web I'm around #7000 rank.
How to make the App display correct Global Rank?
