Lord chaos after 16. Kd3 why not 16. Qb3+ then theirs would be 17. Kd2 (forced) then 17. NGf3#?

I think you mean Ke2 (forced) and Nef3+. Black has Kd2 in response to your "NGf3#".
@Streptomicin. Yes that works, there are lots of ways. "or Ne5+ or Rd8"

Oooh right yeh i get it, you mean black plays white plays c5, i thought you meant black plays c5, like 16. c5 and 17. Ne5#. Sorry, but i thought you meant that instead of 0-0-0 and Ne5#.
