How do you think about this chess.com puzzle?

I've never seen a puzzle like this before(in a bad sense). According to the answer,

(spoiler!!)




after Ba6, queen exchange, and white can win the bishop
Problem is that black doestn’t castles after Ba6, actually he can’t! If he could, the position itself would be almost equal.

So how this puzzle expect to player make Ba6 move without knowing that? Is Ba6 a better move than any random guess without sufficient clue?

Please let me know if it was just my confusion.


+) I think I wouldn’t like this if it gave the hint about black’s castling option too.
