Hi I love puzzles for solving! Just have a question about their ratings how chess.com calculates the ratings of puzzles? Do puzzles rating is effected by players answer? I mean a 2000 rated puzzle in this month be 1800 or 2200 in next mount?!😀 The same as is seen in normal chess play ratings😁

I know that solving puzzles used to change a puzzle's rating. If solved successfully, the rating goes down some. If failed the rating goes up. All based on the solver's rating.

I'm pretty sure that's still the case. Also, sometimes a rating will get out of alignment (get too high or too low) and staff will put it a different rating and let the algorithm work from there.

There are new puzzles introduced regularely so that is just natural.

Yes sometimes they are way off with the rating. What I don't understand is the solve percentage that supports the rating. Either today or yesterday I was doing a survival and I was past 40 when I was stumped for a minute on one because it was a simple mate in one. I looked long and hard because I figured it didn't belong here in the 40 range. It was more like the first 10 puzzles.
