The Queen is pinned and cannot move there.

I see mate in three with Qd7, not mate in two. The Black Queen can prolong the game with a check, and then the Rook blocks, requiring three moves for the mate.

there is a mate in 2, start with Kh8, if rook moves it's obvious otherwise if black queen moves, then Qc8

I've just checked the opening post if it was corrected or not. It wasn't. The king is still of f7. You can't move Kh8 from f7, and it wouldn't help anyway.
