Is it possible to get 9 queens of each color in a real game?

And is there a list somewhere of all possible sets of pieces that are achievable in a real game? For instance, two white queens and 8 white pawns isnt, but 5 white knights and 5 white pawns is (+kings and minus some black pieces which are captured.

A rare case of being a rook ahead in 71th move that's absolutely useless!!!

Pieces' count is white= 95! and black= 100!
