Not only is there a mate in 2 at the beginning of the puzzle, it's also better at the end to promote with the queen. It leads to a mate in 3.

Though it is cold engine work, other key moves are rated about the same as yours. You probably know that as you carefully instructed us how to solve it
Another interesting issue here is "castling right". It's the type of position where both having castling right and not having castling right (after repeat checks) are realistic possibilities. As a puzzle solver you commonly assume castling right in your calculations and it is unclear whether or not it is intentionally disabled here. It is relevant as Rd1 is one of the easy winners if black can't castle.
