Okay, well, this isn't actually a real puzzle, because, a) I don't know how to make one, and b) it isn't actually a legal move (so, really, no difference).
It's really hard, mainly because it requires an unconventional interpretation of rules that would be (I think) illegal by current FIDE rules. But still, I think it seems pretty legit. (It's nothing ridiculous, you probably could trick an amateur player, like me, into thinking it's legit).
