On the one hand, DH Hersom's 1936 composition achieves this idea without duals. On the other hand, there is no additional strategy, like needing to route the b7-pawn down the a-file instead of the c-file to give black more tempi, or the white King's move to clear the e-pawn lane without getting checked later.
