HELP! MATE IN 2!?!

when qf7 black bishop goes to h7. ..this is a ultimate chess grandmaster puzzle.
Nc4#. It's the answer to Kd6 as well. The position of White's King has been throwing me off.

Nxd3+ fails as the Bishop on f5 can capture. The 2 move Chckmate is Qe7+, Kf4 being the only legal move and then Qe3#

The 2 move Chckmate is Qe7+, Kf4 being the only legal move and then Qe3#
As I have already said, 1. Qe7+ allows 1... Be6 and therefore 1. Qf7 is the correct move.

Nxd3+ fails as the Bishop on f5 can capture. The 2 move Chckmate is Qe7+, Kf4 being the only legal move and then Qe3#
The Bishop on f5 cannot capture after 1... Kf4 because it's pinned by the Queen on f7.
1... Qb3 fails to 2. Qxc7# and I believe every other move (including 1... Kd6) fails to Nc4#.
