I was thinking 1.Rb1 . That's a mate, but it can be forced into a 3 move sequence.

wouldnt that make taking the queen a blunder and not forced?
if he doesnt capture the Q then a pawn move will result in 2. Qb8# and a rook move will be answered with 2. Qa6#
