I think it's a zwichenzug puzzle. Rook to anywhere a2-a5. The only legal move for black is to bring the bishop out, after which Rxa7#

It wouldn't be much of a puzzle is it had 4 solutions, would it?

So no. Even though you suggested 4 moves, all of them are wrong because of 1. - a6.

Also, Paul made this when he was 10 years old if I recall correctly.
