How is that even possible? I have a little bit of the same thing going, but how could someone be so high elo and low elo at the same time? Playing tactics should improve the overall play.
I mean I don’t get it, you would totally crush me at puzzles, and I would totally crush you at rapid?? I can’t wrap my head around this at all…

People's actual ratings are usually around 1000 rating points below their puzzle rating.
I doubt your puzzle solving methods are valid. It is simply impossible to be that garbage (sorry) at chess while having such an astronomically large puzzle rating. Even GMs struggle on those puzzles, leading me to suspect that you're using an engine for puzzle solving.
