All of these “puzzles” have way too many extra solutions

This might sound obvious, but a puzzle is:

one-solution

possible material-wise in chess

turns an otherwise lost position into a draw or a win OR a drawn position into a win

repetition is allowed but ONLY if it is just checking the king goes somewhere and you check again and the king goes back

The hardest one-move puzzle:
