There is a forced way to win the queen or checkmate:

1. Qc8+ Kf7 2. Ng5+ Kg6 3. Qe6+ Bf6 4. Qg8+ Kf5 5. g4+ followed by either Ne6+ or Nf3+. There are black alternatives but they lead to mate or queen win as well.
