I was playing yesterday with my old chess computer and felt the end of the game was like a puzzle, so here you go!

He must have played black, 'cause any decent chess engine would have played 1. ... Ne5 and thereby avoided mate. I'm sorry but, there is no puzzle, it's a winning position for black.

I was playing white. And yes, eBusiness, you're right, computer could have avoided mate with Ne5, now that I think about it. Maybe I should buy a better computer, but I've had this one since I was a child, and Im kinda attached to it Innocent

It hasn't got a level setting? Even an early 90's low cost CPU should with proper programming easily be able to outplay a 1100 ELO player. What kind of opening was it playing anyway? Both d and e pawns still in their starting positions is quite peculiar.
