Yeah, I have the same issue: the same puzzle keeps repeating. Can't really find a way of reporting this issue, so here I am, admitting to now having solved the same puzzle like 15 times. Please dock my points.

Same- can’t stop getting the same puzzle over and over since earlier this afternoon. Tried resetting the difficulty, logging out and back in, failing on purpose. Same puzzle on web and mobile.
I also have had this same experience today. Makes me feel better to find out others are experiencing the same problem. Hopefully it will be corrected.
Yes. Same here. I have been given the same puzzle four times in a row. Guess I’ll try again later, or perhaps tomorrow, to see if this has been fixed.
Just another player, not with The Company, but: Try turning your device cold-no-power off and restart. Next, if needed, delete the app completely and reinstall. You'll need the password for your identity. That should fix it. Your history will not be lost. Good luck.

It was a glitch, happened to a lot I guess
That happened to me a while ago... Got the same puzzle every day for a a long time. Maybe it's the rating you are at there's not a lot of puzzles that match up. You can try making your puzzles harder in the settings and see if that fixes it.
It happened when I was having internet issues. My brother who was also doing chess had the same problem.
I used it to get from mid 1400 to mid 1700. I was grinning like the Cheshire cat! Yes, I closed tab, refreshed, signed out etc ... nothing stopped it from happening (same puzzle).
I wasn't worried. I believe puzzles self-levels to my skill level. Sure enough, not 24 hours later, I was back down where I deserved. 
ADDED: "self-levels to my skill level" ... not quite accurate since I'm certainly NOT a 1400 player. I just meant 'levels back to where it thinks I should be on puzzles.'
It was awesome. I completed all the puzzle tears three times! A rating significantly increased

So today when i started playing puzzles i noticed that the last 3 problems i played were identical so I played 10 more and it was still the same puzzle.
So I tried to log out or delete the app but it would be the same puzzles.
So if anyone can help me figure it out how to solve this problem I would be interested.
