Shortest-proof-game challenge
#551
The position of #540 has 1/2-1/2 top left of the board, hence the 3-fold repetition
You could skip the last four moves and still put 1/2-1/2 above the board simply by specifying a draw result in the game details. You can make the result show as whatever you want. You can set up a simple checkmate for White and put 0-1 above the board. The point is, when you are creating a proof game, you should ignore what's above the board. If the composer wants to require a drawn position, he has to say so in the problem stipulation.
No one has posted a shorter game for #478 than my 66-move game, or any length game for that matter. Maybe it's too hard. So I'll give you an easy one.
The illegal position at #4865 in the Illegal Position thread is shown here with Black's b7 pawn removed. Now that the position is legal, how short a proof game can you find for it?
#494
The double knight promotion is splendid.
Here is a shorter proof
Your game is splendid! I hope Rewan will be inspired to try to shorten it.
Now here is another challenge. It's the same position, but with a white queen at e2 instead of a black knight.
