After 24 days nobody has posted an attempt at #570/#806. Is it too hard? I'll post an unoptimized proof game which will show the retro-moves needed to release the position, and someone else can tune up the moves leading up to it.

This looked clearly legal so I thought I would make a quick proof game as a starting point for those who want to shorten it.
