Terrible Day for Ivanchuk

According to the tournament reporter, "Vassily Ivanchuk had a terrible day. He blundered horribly on move 15 against Magnus Carlsen. He dragged the game on for another 20 moves to no avail." 

I found move 18 to be of greater interest than move 15. Since I can only program one solution into the puzzle, I will tell you in advance that 18...Bd6 is also a very good move, but not the best. The third possible choice found by all of the engines was a very distant third.  Ivanchuk played 18...QxRd1+. 

I ran eight lines of possible continuation. 18...QxRd1+ was not found by Rybka nor any of my other chess engines.  

Find a better move.
