Black King can capture the f7 pawn, incorrect.

G6-F4

Moving the g6 Knight is not correct as it is the only piece that controls e7 and prevents Ke7, and G6-F4(Ngf4+) hangs the f7 pawn, so Black King has two escape squares.

Therefore, it is not correct.

Jahnavi-Shankar

To solve mate in 1 puzzle, check if the opponent king has escape squares and what are the check possibilities. Ba2# is correct.

I got a collection with over 40 puzzles, I add more in my free time. If you want to solve them, here is the link:

https://www.chess.com/library/collections/i-dont-know-2AmJx8tcv

By the way, they are not really puzzles. You can't solve them at all lol.

But I can dm you a few puzzles without showing the solution if you want.

You can also solve this:

Edit: If you want M1 puzzles, I can make that too! Maybe not today, but I will try.

Only Ba2# works, Nhf4+ hangs the f7 pawn.

Only Ba2# work,s Nhf4 hangs the f7 pawn.

Yup, indeed!

I prepared another M1 puzzle, if anybody want, I can post it too!

ToastBread_1

Okay, here it is!

Try to find the Mate in 1/Mate in 1s as usual.

This is kind of easier, good luck!

queen takes h8 #

first one to get it 😁😁😁😁😀😊😋

And first one to get it wrong! That's still a good try, though.

how is that wrong

queen on c3 takes castle on h8, king cant take it bcos of bishop king cant move anywhere.

No move king = checkmate😁

And because of the Rook, Queen can't move anywhere (execpt for the 3rd rank).

Therefore, it is not correct. Not legal either.

or queen on b1 takes g6 or queen ong2 takes g6

all checkmates because pawn cant take back as it is pinned by bishop.

First 3 checkmates

and first one to get them all 😁😁😁😁😀😊😋

Sorry, but only one of them is correct, as the other two Queens are pinned.

Only Qb1xg6# is correct.
