Who composed the famous Qg5 puzzle?

To anyone who knows:

I've been trying to look up a famously complicated chess puzzle where the signature move is Qg5, blocking a long-distance lateral check by the opponent's queen by giving up one's own queen.  I can't seem to find it with web searches, so I thought I'd ask.  The puzzle also involves underpromotion if I recall.

Any links to this puzzle and/or analysis of it would be wonderful.

Thanks!

Wow, thanks!  That's the exact webpage I looked at once upon a time but couldn't find again.  I can't wait to dig into it!
