In the sequence of the second diagram, 3...Qc1+ is a mistake: instead of 4.Kh2, White can reply 4.Re1+ (discovered check) and White wins.
Ah, you're right. Man, I hate it when I do that. >_<
Chess sure is tricky. There are mistakes in the Tactics Trainer sometimes, and in the Boston Globe, too, occasionally. If it were easy it wouldn't be so much fun!
