Nice puzzle, I had a little bit of trouble with first but 2nd was easy. I have seen the positions from chess mentor (Except 1st one)

Yes, that last one is a classic trebuchet and although it does touch the concept of zugzwang, technically it is more about the trebuchet than zugzwang.

You might like to add at least a paragraph to explain what zugzwang actually is:

Maybe you should add a pargraph to explain what a trebuchet actually is :)

So the difference between trebuche and zugzwang is...?

A trebuchet is mutual, a zugzwang affects one side.

Altough Oxford Companion disagrees, acording to them a trebuchet is a zugzwang, and a zugzwang is a "squeeze"

in the second puzzle, the black king moves wrong, he must go up, then it is a stalemate

i mean the second puzzle from c_h_e_s_STAR  not your first, there white wins,  BorgQueen, but your second is also wrong and stalemate or remis.

Question, is there no way for white to recover from this?

10 points to someone who designs a trebuchet position, but from a more realistic position where the kings are farther away.
