1234, They Declared a Wizard War [RP]

(There is no target, Catty. Not yet. And I will start, I just need a moment.)

(Square brackets will be narration.) [The town is Dusmith, a place in much disrepair, and yet the citizens refuse to leave. Or course, it's controlled by the High Council: a group of prestigious wizards and witches that maintains order throughout the land... and of course, never lays back on the taxes. The Great Wizard War scarred the earth, leaving many desperate, so cries for help are usually left unnoticed... but not this one. One by one, a group of people, not having much significance now, find a poster. An address, and a message: the promised lands exist. And yet, it's more than that. It's a chance for a fresh start... do you seek out the poster of this poster?]

Appearance: think the kyu-kurarin girl but with pinkish purple hair. (also no backpack and her clothes are mostly purple, black, and white.)

Spells: (if anyone comes up with better names ill use those instead)
Giara - turn my "gun" (its not a gun, and im terrible at words so i can't describe it any better way) into any other type of gun (sniper, shotgun, machine gun, etc.) this takes a moment.
Giola - fire the "gun" normally. this uses the type of gun decided by the last spell to change how the "bullet" acts. this is nearly instant, but takes a moment between casts of it.
Giana - charge a laser that ignores the type of the gun. on top of using a lot of energy, this also takes a while to charge. i can release it at any charge level, but the longer i charge it, the bigger and stronger the blast will be.

Spells:

Spirit: Summons a spirit from the underworld. (Choice.)

Teleoonder: Teleports to the Underworld.

Weapounus: Makes a weapon from the shadows of the Underworld.

Backstory: Part of the High Council. Been to the Underworld 100s of times on diplomatic missions with the spirits.

Why did you lock me, Hufflepuff?

(Blue, accepted. Hufflepuff, I have to ask you to change your character so they aren't part of the High Council. That's kinda a big part of the story.)
