2000 "civilians" werent really civilians
thats the same as calling soldiers civilians because they were once civilians before they became soldiers, just remove the part where they officially become the soldiers but still give them supplies, training and weapons
also you got your numbers wrong
the 2000 or specifically 2.7k was from 2014 skirmishes
