a tournament or a series of tournaments that would decide the live chess champion of OTF.
if you like the general idea I would like to know the time control, start time, tournament format I still have almost no idea how it would work

Here's the basic layout so far: there will be 4 Swiss style tournaments bullet, rapid, blitz, 30 minute rapid,

I think I'm going to start with a club so that the tournaments are club only and then just do monthly or weekly tournaments until we get enough people to do an actual championship
