We could say though I guess there might be multiple big bangs. I mean points of matter inflating separately.

I agree with you. A person might watch nature and see something happen once like a bee land on a flower. But as you've said these things happen repeatedly within nature.
Why should something happen only once?
Complex yes.
Hawking states that the idea of free will is a working model as people are so complex it's impossible to predict them.
It would take super computers till the end of the universe to work out one human being's behaviour in any given moment.
I see it like this. Nature is complex. It creates the universe and evolves it and we say how? And answer with God.
Then nature evolves the creature into something that's a human being and we say what will this creature do? And we answer with it has free will.
God and free will are simple and convenient answers to an extremely complex question.
The true answers are nature is responsible but the details are extremely complex.
I mean we could say well that blokes about to urinate in the bin just based on a superficial observation but we can't know for sure!
