Everyone always says that happiness Is a big thing that you
Have to work for.

But for me,
Happiness is the bubbles
That shoot up out of the shampoo
Bottle in the morning

Happiness for me is talking to my sister until 2 AM when we eventually fall asleep, making stories along the way

Happiness is hearing a plane fly overhead and it reminding me
Of my grandmother's house
Just because it's close to an airport

Happiness is when it's raining,
I jump outside and end up
Getting soaked.

Happiness isn't always a big thing,
It can be the small things in life
As well as something you work towards

Happiness can be whatever makes you, and only you, happy

I like this. Little things aren't trivial, they can equal big happiness plus I agree you should have some kind of happiness goal for at the least a sense of purpose & at the most genuine fulfillment.
