Gus wakes up. The morning Sun kisses him gently.
Just like absolutely no one, he gets up immediately, even doing his bed neatly, no wrinkles in the sheets. He gets dressed in white attire and walks outside, ready to start the day. Since it’s early, he walks over to the pizzeria while whistling a merry tune.

You wake up in your homes, some to a job, some to nothing but boredom, and some to… well, that’s about it.
The sun is shining, and the clouds aren’t out. There hasn’t been a cloud in years now, and it seems like sunshine is the only thing that the island will experience from now on. This naturally makes life a bit harder, needing to import goods for the pizzeria, but people make do.
