The point of a language is to be able to communicate with others. That’s why people don’t just make new languages all the time. Because nobody is going to go through the effort to speak a language that 3 people speak. If you want to learn an interesting modern language though you can learn toki pona. It’s very easy to learn, specially designed so you can learn the whole language in 2 weeks

Toki pona was an experiment with minimalism in conlangs i believe, I'm not encouraging people to learn kamesotonishira in its current state as there's still more modifications i have to do. I'm posting it here so i have motivation to continue lol

I just don’t think it’s an efficient use of your time to attempt creating a language that close to nobody is going to use

I'm doing it for fun and for myself, kinda like videogames

I might switch to VSO bc familiarity

i can have agent words that specify if it’s the subject or object (kinda like ang and ng in Filipino)

(Sa ne) (subject trigger) (sa ni ki) (object trigger) (ka me so to) for example

Exquisite!

Update 6 - changed the the sentence structure to VSO

added markers for the Subject (sa), Object (mo) Indirect object (tu)

also added negation (ke)

the word for yes (mi to) and no (ka na)

Nate_Pi

I think the VSO structure should be easy, I also added some markers to them, like in Filipino (ang, ng, sa are the equivalents to S, O, IO) so I think it should be more logical from there

Hot_Rash

If Turks spoke english in japan

Hot_Rash

Or korea

Nate_Pi

I learned how to add a file without ppl seeing the gmail accounts seeing it

The lexicon for Kamesotonishira is on comment 1

Nate_Pi

Update 7 - deleted the words that I already have from comment 1, moved them to the Google Sheets file

AZT3KO_OND34DO

Regardless of what others say, I will strive along side you to learn this language

#64 shut up bro you aren’t anybody

I have a basic idea for the writing system (imagine Hangul, but the letters aren’t based on how it’s pronounced)

I might start on the writing system while i’m stuck on the vocab

Changed the syllable types from CV, V, and C (only for letter n) to CV, V, and CVC

sa-, mo-, tu- prefixes have been changed to san-, mon-, ton-
