What exactly happened to you on this website? What do you mean when you say the website steals the game time of free users? How often has this happened to you?
For example,when playing 1 min games, the other side clock always gets about 3 seconds uncounted each time a move is made!
The connection is really fine!

I think I'd probably agree with expos's and superman0101's suggestions, although I don't agree with superman0101's attitude ("grow up, and stop complaining").
