Uhh i can do wrist-assisted one-arm pull-ups... With either hand... Why do I feel like I'm mad 🙏

Perfectly normal.

Ever question why it's worth endlessly pulling on a bar to lift yourself up, only to drop down, if your current individual pull-up will never have any effect on your future health, so you might as well just skip it, but same applies for the next, and the next, and the . . . ? Because I so.

I do*

isn’t that just a normal pull up but you hold onto your wrist instead of the bar to make it look impressive ;-;

#7 you’re doing it with 1 arm, but your other arm holds your wrist I think
Avatar of N0V_EL
it’s the same thing yk it js looks impressive
Avatar of Snowy-Yutyrannus
Doing it with 1 arm should be harder than with 2 tho

And I think holding your wrist might make it so it doesn’t bend or do some weird thing

No, you’re happy.
Avatar of N0V_EL
na holding your wrist is just as easy as a normal pull up you’re still using both arms your just gripping the bar with one hand instead of two
Avatar of N0V_EL
try not holding your wrist and that’s a real one arm pull up and that’s actually hard

You are mad if you don't think I have noodle arms.
