you either relax too much or get too anxious
be proactive always ( but be practical so that you dont exhaust yourself by being super proactive all the time..you can incorpate being reactive too if you feel like you need to reset mentally while the opponent is still thinking..so its a healthy balance )

with all due respect , i think chess.com isnt upto the level it should be in terms of fair play but i think its chaning over time ..there biggest focus is upgrading the servers for now ..
but i believe kramnick put a dent in the wall and chess.com finally doing something about it, it seems
