Our last presentation is a psychological thriller.
Meximartini’s dark, sinister & somewhat disturbing rendition of the fragility of the human mind.
This rather intense portrayal seems to immediately activate those areas of our consciousness we prefer to deny within ourselves.
Sometimes it is our own dark which we are split off from in our psyche. Those parts we like to hide from others and repress within ourselves.
This shadow side of us often get mistakenly projected onto others. Why? Because we fail to own it within ourselves. Therefore we do not see that it is a mere projection.
Becoming more aware of the masks that we have is important in being able to claim aspects of ourselves that may require attention.
Otherwise our projections become mere illusions & we dance in the self made shadows, which not only hurt ourselves, but hurt others also.
Which brings us to this man or should I say the man who uses Jake’s avatar. Tomtrytostay a rather intriguing character whose highly popular threads have asked important questions for all of us.
Who am I? What am I? What is awareness? What is meditation? What is human consciousness? Where did we come from? Is there a path? Does God exit?
Questions that all of us have considered or will consider sometime in our lifetime.
Perhaps it only fair to tell you now that the video is much less an impersonation of Tom but much more an impersonation of all of us, at some deep level.
And this is why I think the actor’s 75 second piece is so deeply disturbing. It has an emotional impact that is undeniable. It reminds us of what lays hidden within ourselves.
Prepare yourself now, to leave go of any preconceived ideas. This is not about Tom, this is about all of us, all of those aspects we try to mask & hide from ourselves and the world.
Prepare to dance in your own shadows or else arm yourself with courage for fear is coming your way.

I'm on the metro returning from Paris. The children and my wife wouldn't climb the Eiffel Tower . I make them sound like King Kong .
We took a ride in this open top taxi and explored Paris .
