its not my fault and anyway if I become non-veg now I wouldn't be able to because I grew up as vegetarian

From a biological and nutritional standpoint, a strictly vegan diet often leads to nutrient deficiencies unless it is heavily supplemented with external sources of essential compounds that are naturally abundant in animal products. Key nutrients such as vitamin B12, heme iron, creatine, taurine, and omega-3 fatty acids (particularly DHA and EPA) are either absent or poorly bioavailable in plant-based foods. While these nutrients can be obtained through fortified products or synthetic supplements, they do not occur naturally in sufficient quantities within a vegan diet. In contrast, a carnivorous diet inherently provides all essential amino acids, fats, and micronutrients necessary for human survival and proper physiological function. Therefore, while veganism can be maintained through modern nutritional interventions, the human body is fundamentally adapted to an omnivorous or carnivorous diet, making those approaches more sustainable and complete from an evolutionary and biochemical perspective.
