My advice for those who want to improve their chess is to do the free lessons, do tactics, puzzles and analyse you games when they are finished and check out the many instructional videos on chess.com and on YouTube. Chess Vibes is one good YouTube channel and there are many others.

But I get 1 lesson a week; I been member for like almost a whole year and I am pretty sure I was doing how to move a king lesson a month ago or something... like come on

The alternative is pay for a premium chess.com membership or if you have no money ask your parents for a premium membership, and that way you can access more lessons.
