No, dogs are better because they are actually friendly rather than some type of animal who wants you to do their work for you. They may cost more to feed etc, but they actually create stronger relationships than cats (who call you "slave"). Although, it just depends on who you are and what your own preference is. This is like asking someone a type of "would you rather" question lol.

It’s not a matter of “which is better?” but rather “which do you fancy?” Depending on how you ask. Which is more “practical?” perhaps a cat. Slightly easier to deal with but then, that depends on who’s dealing with them.
