Guns are evil. Why are guns made? With the obvious purpose of killing other people. But what do Americans say? Guns are coooooooooooool...

Guns are not good or evil. They are tools, dangerous tools. The access to the guns should be restricted to the law agents and the military. Places where citizens can't have guns or is very hard acquire one are more safe.

Of course, in the case of the USA many people think they have right to have all the guns they want, jeopardizing their safety, (if my neighbour have a gun why can't have one,too). Add the enormous power the NRA have and the money some big companies made with weapons and you can understand why in America is so easy buy a gun.

One of the first things Hitler did was to disarm the people so he could rule over them.  It does not take much brains to figure that out.  Unless you don't mind taking a train ride to get gassed in a shower room and thrown into a furnance.  People are evil not guns, knives, ropes, sticks or stones.

Just look at the % of people killed by weapons in USA and in another country where people can't buy weapons, or only after a lot of test, like the ones in western europe.

They all end up dead anyway.  Would you want one to protect your wife and kids from a killer/rapist that is breaking into your home? 

They all end up dead anyway... Amazing. Is the same if one person get killed by a gun than if one thousand people get killed by guns?

And if you are so eager to protect you family from the evil outside, have you tried alarms? have you tried to colaborate with the police to make you neighbourhood a safer place? Have you tried to learn martial arts to be able to protect your loved ones without relying in a tool?

No. YOU WANT A GUN. Is really childish. And is the easiest and more dangerous choice.

Imagine a world without guns. Noone would never have to worry again about being shot...

They dont need to be sentient, they are bad anyway. They get misused all the time. They are instruments for killing human beings. How can that ever be justified?

The disarmed are at the mercy of the armed... could be right in a barbarian state. In a democratic country, police and military are in charge to protect people. When common citizens think they have the right to carry weapons it only lead to accidents and manslaughters. Exactly what happens in USA.
