What would you play with white, and who do you think is winning (or maybe it's even?)

One question that wasn't written here was "Why did you become a blogger?"

A passion for helping people. I had some free time, so I started teaching seniors chess. I got more free time due to COVID, so I started blogging, streaming, and making youtube videos (links all on my profile)

I'd play Nf3, and white is dead winning. What is black doing??? There are tons of gambits that have more compensation than that.

I don't have enough time to do consistent blogging lol

ok, i didn't see that. perhaps instead of Nf3 we play e3 and if Bd6 then Be2, meeting Bg3 hxg3 Qxg3 with Kf1. Idk

Yeah it's really crazy, in the original position stockfish evals as +0.23 and then changes to -0.23 and then goes back up to +0.23

but I don't know, since my only experience was in a daily game where my opponent played (this was a From's gambit thematic btw):

Who would you say is the most influential chess player that inspired you to play?

Probably Sergey Karjakin. I don't really have a role model chess player, but I thought "if he can get GM at age 12, then I can!" Turns out I can't

Maybe not at 12 but you have a plan to get there
