Maybe it's measured by volume or something.

I believe she stays in shape by doing a lot of bodyweight exercises, not by lifting weights. But maybe I am wrong. 

Being said that there are many videos about "Street workout" on YouTube, and they are in extraordinary shape. Many of them are much more shredded than most people at GYMs.

 

Tamara, how many pull ups can you do?

A quite obvious thought but in the end increasing the percentage of muscles that much can't be done exclusively by using the own body. You can get a perfect shaped powerful body without lifting weights but that's far from a percentage of muscles one could read here. Moreover the percentage of "adipose cells" must be extremely low, not likely for a girl of such a young age.

I am a very active person, I run every morning 3 miles in less then a half hour, I eat mostly salad and chicken, I'm very healthy, sometimes I have some treats, I can do 20 pull ups yes I can bungy jump..very well actually yes I have insta, but I'm not giving that out...

Guys my doctor told me, so don't even...ur just jealous that I'm super strong, I do gymnastics twice a week. I can balance upside down but not on a finger...no I will never drink...I'm a kid
