No. From the internet:

'vertex becomes confused with 'highest point' probably because there's often a vertex there.
In graphs - geometry - and in something called Euler diagrams - 'vertex' can refer to several point. High - low - on the side - whereever.

[if it isn’t, then I’m pretty sure it’s (4,92). Idk if it’s the opposite of b or b which symbolizes the lateral movement]

Its a parabola. Try x = 0.
The lowest point is on the y-axis 92 units above zero.
And a parabola has only one vertex and in this case its the one at the bottom.

A parabola can be either a smiley face 🙂 (the smile is the parabola) or a upside down/frown 🙃🙁 (curves down). There can only be one vertex, because the other side goes to infinity.

No - somebody else said that.
It could be highest or lowest or elsewhere and there can be more than one too.
Edit: X=0 doesn't work for the vertex in the given function because x could be negative which means the vertex is actually at a negative value of both x and y.

Yes. Exactly. But that's just with parabolas.
There's other shapes and there's 3-d too.
A cube has not just one vertex.
It has eight. And if you stand it on a corner it still has 8.
