1. Don’t ask extremely personal questions, they can be slightly personal but don’t ask about things that you know are inappropriate.
2. If the question is fair, please answer it before asking someone else a question yourself. Keep the chain going smoothly.
3. Try not to answer another person’s question unless the person asked hasn’t responded in a long while.
