We had this discussion re a top rated's Stalin avatar quite a while ago. If him then why not Hitler, it was posed, as I recall.

it up to you, if you feel offened by it,then complain. Maybe 5 or more peoples might complain about it by reporting it, if that happen then the avatar will be remove.
It seems pretty tasteless on what is supposed to be a polite site devoted to serious chess.
Personally, I wouldn't allow any controversial image. I know people can argue where do you draw the line, but in Germany for example it's illegal to display Nazi symbols, and Stalin is not exactly popular in the former Soviet satellite states. It seems a matter of common sense and decency.

I'm offended by your use of the Egghead chick as your avatar because he was always making Foghorn Leghorn look stupid.
I guess I'm turning into a knee-jerking, tree hugging politically correct a**hole but anyways I noticed someone here using Hitler (wearing a set of headphones) for their avatar, which kinda rubs me the wrong way because he gassed six million of my ancestors. Any thoughts here?
