Sure, Tom, everyone more or less is trying not to kill--but it's enough one time to fail and boom, a life is taken.
It doesn't matter whether hate is expressed or not, whether it comes to the surface or not. The main point is that it doesn't go anywhere: it doesn't magically disappear and then comes back, so that when it's gone love can be present.
It's still there, in the layers upon layers of our subconscious. It touches every activity we perform, from down below. So the whole point is to end it completely and that is possible only when a fundamental transformation is taking place. How does it happen?
