ayy my first topic in chess

Wth am I doing right now 10:21pm past my bed time? No clue. I have absolutely no knowledge of variants, what ever “GM” means, and how to make a useful topic! Development is the only thing I know (and wow! I suck at that too!). I have very little skill at chess, and I can’t learn anything, SINCE I HAVE TO FN PAY MONEY FOR MORE LESSONS. I guess I’m good at funny commentary when there’s something to talk about, and not things I have no clue they existed.

You know, getting into chess fills my head with uncontrolled knowledge all coming in at once. Any new players at chess feel like that?
