@Brynmr I took a look at CB and roughly compared the imperfect-set prices with those of the base sets (ignore the "MSRP" prices) and it ended up being ~35%, so that was what I suggested to them.

As for the inspection thing they told me there was a misunderstanding on their end... I guess I'll give the benefit of the doubt, there.
