Grace contacted support about her mute. As a result of that her account was banned. Her right-now account isn’t verified and won’t be. So we’re never going to see her again. But I’d like to say, what did she do to violate the ToS? I’m one of her friends and seen her behavior and never seen her violate the ToS. Why does she get banned, but trolls like @Dove-Cove doesn’t? Grace made OTF a great graceful place, making us happy and laugh. Dove, ruins OTF and causes sadness among us. So, Chess.Com, why? She never violated the ToS, but Dove did. Sometimes, you don’t make sense. All she basically did was contact support about her mute, but got banned. I contacted support when I was first muted, but didn’t get banned. So why?
