Depending on how your school/district decides to host events (also based on participation) some schools may have certain track events that others may not; you can search up there are actually 1500 meter races which we never had for some reason. Distance events in my school included 800, 1600, and 3200 meter (1/2, 1, 2 mile)
I did track and I did the 400 and 800 meter events, and the 4x4 relay. I wanted to do the long distance, but my coach at my school wanted me to do sprints. But I was city champion in cross country which was 3 miles

why do you like the kardashians? they literally 43% plastic, and their show is terrible, and i don’t want to assume but i think i saw somewhere that they are not nice people. get a better celebrity crush lmao. Yeah, but for running you have to work on posture, breathing, and pacing which sounds simple but I'm not going to go in depth in the dynamics of it all; no one's going to read. I agree w/ u abt those disgusting Kardashians but celebrity crushes are so stupid 😂 grow up kid. Everyone looks perfect when you have makeup artists and agents who help you look slim and help you do daily tasks.
